 Recreation Programs
What summer's all about
From late June to early September the Inn has an amazingly comprehensive recreation program. Our experienced counsellors keep younger children busy and happy throughout the day and into the evening. Scavenger hunts, arts & crafts, tubing, face painting, talent shows, bingo, hay and pony rides, campfires, nature crafts and visits to the Peterborough Zoo, Juniper Island, and picnics on Irwin Island combine to make vacation memorable for our younger guests. Our Kids Schedule will show you what a typical summer week looks like.
For young adults, their parents and grandparents we offer more mature activities such as: bingo, casino and movie nights, campfires, tubing, golf tournaments, corn roasts, sunset cruises, canoe and kayak trips, as well as trips to the Warsaw Caves and the Petroglyphs. Our Youth Schedule will give you an idea of a typical weeks activities at the Inn.
Our recreation programs are one of the reasons that families come
back to the Inn year after year. Often as families depart the parents
are already getting pressure to book next year's vacation as soon
as possible. We take great pride in providing exceptional summer experiences
for children because, we believe, that's what summer is all about.
