Rates are quoted per adult, double occupancy, MAP (breakfast and dinner daily).
Children's rates: 4-12 years, 1/2 the adult rate; 3 years, 1/4 the adult rate; 2 years and under, free. Two children do qualify as one adult when considering minimum numbers.

Single occupancy: add 20%. A 5% discount apples when there is more than the minimum number of adults required.

Dining Room:
Dress is casual, however appropriate dress is expected.

Smoking:
We have a "no smoking" policy in the Accommodations and dining room Smoking is allowed on outside patios and decks

Deposit:
$200.00 per adult and $100.00 per child (stay of four days or more)
$100.00 per adult and $50.00 per child (stay of less than four days)
Deposit is 85% refundable if we receive written notice of cancellation, 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date. Guests leaving prior to their confirmed departure date will forfeit their deposit.

Payment of Account: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Traveler's Cheque, Debit Card.
Service Charge or Gratuity is not charged to your account. Please leave gratuity at your discretion, at the office, where it will be distributed equitably to staff.

Store: Offered is a selection of clothing, giftware, golf club and tennis racquet rentals, movie library, horseback riding reservations, snacks, and information.

Horseback Riding: We have complete facilities: English and Western lessons, Dressage Training for horse and rider, indoor arena, outdoor ring, and beautiful trails.

Pets: Unfortunately we do not have the facilities available to allow pets.

Directions:
The Irwin Inn is located on the south shore of Stoney Lake at Crowe's Landing .Just north of Peterborough, the Inn is easily accessible from all major centers. From the Toronto area follow Hwy 401 east to Hwy 115. North on 115 to Peterborough and then east in Hwy 7 to Norwood. North on County Road 40 about 21 km to the Inn.From the Ottawa area take Hwy 7 west to Norwood and then north on County Road 40.
